A vital part of any mailing is the data used both to address the item and personalise the message to the recipient.
> File Conversion:
We can convert data from all common formats. PC, Mac, UNIX and main frame systems. We can create lookups and selections based on values within fields or from other external data.
> Merge/Purge:
We can merge multiple files, dedupe and apply suppression files including the MPS. We have access to all the common external suppression lists eg Mortascreen.
> Correct Addressing:
We can correctly case the data to enhance the address and of course add postcodes and the Delivery Point Suffix (DPS).
> Mailsort:
To reduce mailing costs, we offer the facility to Mailsort your data prior to printing and produce all the necessary documentation and labels.
> Bespoke Services:
We offer a bespoke database management and can produce stand alone applications for one off uses.
> Data Capture:
We also offer data capture and anayalsis including the use of our Business Reply service.
